Delivery & Returns
Delivery
We usually ship the packages the same or next business day. Transit time depends on your location. Inside Europe it is usually up to 7 business days.
We usually use DHL and Posta Slovenije to deliver around Europe and worldwide. Deliverability and taxation is subject to your local legislation so please check before ordering.
Returns Policy
If you have any issues with your order and want a refund, please get in touch with us. We will endeavour to refund the full value of any product(s) purchased if the conditions below are met:
- You inform us about your intent to return the product in question to us within 14 days of receipt of your order.
- Unless the item is damaged or faulty, you return it to us in a resalable condition; unopened and in the same condition you received it.
- If you received in damaged condition, please send us a photo of it.

We do not cover the cost of returning the items.
If the product is damaged when the courier arrives at your door and shows clear signs of breakage or leakage at the time of delivery, please refuse the parcel and ask the courier to return the goods to us. Please contact us at timeless@liberty-int.com to let us know so that we can make arrangements for a replacement or refund.
Please note any reimbursement will be refunded onto the credit or debit card used by you to pay for the original purchase.

In accordance with the legal norms of Liberty Travel d.o.o. does not recognize any provider of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes as competent for resolving consumer disputes that could be initiated by the customer in accordance with the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act.
