My story

Hi, my name is Boštjan. I am a travel specialist, culinary enthusiast and gin lover.

Years ago, while on many safaris, I fell in love with gin and tonic. In Africa, a gin and tonic before sunset is a ritual tradition that originates from the British colonists. The drink quickly became my drink of choice at home too. I started collecting different gins from all over the world and mixing gin and tonics on different occasions. My gin cocktails became popular among friends. Then the year 2020 came and the ensuing pandemic and subsequent lockdowns gave me some free time. This is when I decided to create my own gin.

I spent a lot of time experimenting with a variety of blends and drank quite a few gin and tonics. Choosing the right combination of herbs from different corners of the world, I carefully created a remarkably fresh-tasting gin. I named it: Timeless Gin.

Given my love for travel, I naturally picked herbs from different countries around the world. I selected juniper berries from North Macedonia, coriander from Morocco, angelica from France, orange peel from Spain, lemon peel from Italy, cardamom from Vietnam, cinnamon from Brazil, chamomile grown in Germany, lemon grass from India and elderflower picked in the United Kingdom.

The citrus note is perfect for creating mixed drinks; however it is also super nice in a glass with ice.

The taste of Timeless gin is exceptional. Maybe I was lucky in mixing, maybe experience helped, but ultimately it’s the result that truly matters. One thing is for sure though, Timeless gin is incredibly tasty.
